ZTR successfully tests and ships transformers for Saudi Arabia

 Ukrainian transformer manufacturer Zaporzhtransformator (ZTR) has successfully tested and shipped two power transformers to Saudi Arabia.

The power transformers are intended for the Green Duba integrated solar combined cycle plant, built by Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC) in the north-western part of Saudi Arabia, the manufacturer said in a statement.

ZTR has been contracted by Initec Energia, Spanish solar company contracted by SEC to build the project.

Installation of transformers is scheduled for the second quarter of 2017.
