USD 6.3M contract awarded for new substation in Oman

Galfar Engineering & Contracting has been awarded a $6.3 million contract to design, supply, and build a substation in Oman.

The new substation, with power transformers and associated electrical equipment, will be located west of Muaskar Al Murtafa'a, reports Construction Week Online.

The project is due to be completed within a year.
