Slovenian utility seeks transformer for Melje hydro project

Slovenia, Maribor: Hydro operator Dravske Elektrarne Maribor d.o.o. (DEM) seeks bids for the supply of a power transformer and other equipment for rehabilitation of the 2.26 MW Melje hydroelectric project on Slovenia's Drava River.
The work is to include the supply of electrical equipment and materials, including a medium-voltage transformer and hydraulic controller and cooling system, a rehabilitation of hydro-mechanical equipment and corrosion protection, and construction work, reports Hydro World.
The various lots are expected to require from 45 days to five months to complete.
