Pacific Crest Transformers expands factory capacity

 USA, Oregon: Pacific Crest Transformers (PCT) has announced that it has added to its factory capacity in Medford, Oregon, doubling the size of its largest transformer. It will now be able manufacture transformers up to 30 MVA.

By investing in the factory, adding new testing equipment, new coil winding machines and material handling equipment for the heavier designs, PCT will build these new designs with primary voltages up to 138 kV.

Pacific Crest Transformers, based in Medford, Oregon, is a manufacturer of liquid-filled distribution, power and specialty transformers.
