New 25 MVA transformer needed in the City of Nixa

 USA, Missouri: The City of Nixa, Missouri is in the need of a new 25 MVA power transformer as the largest transformer in the city has broken down.

With the Espy substation transformer out of service, the city has to use an older 12 MVA transformer from the Downtown substation which was replaced earlier this year, reports KSPR.

The city needs to purchase a new transformer, no smaller than 25 MVA, and hopes to have it installed by February next year.
