Kosovo to invest $337M in the distribution network by 2025

 Kosovo, Pristina: Kosovo Electricity Distribution and Supply Company (KEDS) has announced a €300 million investment in the national electricity distribution network by 2025.

The announced investments will include installation of 3,500 new and replacement transformers, and construction of over 2,000 kilometres of new network, the company said in a statement.

KEDS engaged a Swedish company ÅF to construct a development plan for the distribution network, which will also define the technologies and techniques to be used to modernize the network.
