GETCO orders 80 ester-filled power transformers

India: Transformers and Rectifiers India (T&R India) has been awarded a contract for the supply of 80 natural and synthetic ester-filled power transformers from Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation (GETCO).

As part of the contract, T&R India will supply 40x15 MVA and 40x20 MVA ester-filled power transformers of 66 kV, reports Live Mint.

The worth of the contract is $13.5 million.
