Entergy moves large power transformer to the Palisades Plant

 USA, Michigan: Entergy Corporation has moved a large spare power transformer to the Palisades Plant in Covert Township in Michigan, passing through Berrien and Van Buren counties. 

The 500-ton transformer had arrived earlier last week from Spain, reports WSBT22.

Because of its size, crews were moving it overnight at 3 kilometres an hour.

The team of movers included nine bucket trucks to lift power lines as the transformer made its way through Berrien and Van Buren counties.
