Synflex to launch new range of flexible insulation

 China, Shanghai: Synflex, a global supplier to the transformer manufacturing industry, will launch its new SYNtherm multi-layer flexible insulation range for the Asian market at the CWIEME fair to be held in Shanghai from 23-25 June 2015.

The new SYNtherm insulation is available in various strengths and widths and can be sheeted immediately or used as a base product for Synflex’s stampings and blanks.

“The new insulation using a new kind of laminate is physically flexible and can be used for a wide variety of transformer products,” says Michael Thiel, marketing director at Synflex.

From its facilities in Europe, Turkey and China, Synflex supplies various components required to manufacture a transformer – from enamelled round anf flat copper wires and aluminium wires, to electrical adhesive tapes, impregnating agents and insulation materials.
