Reinhausen Group acquires French hollow composite insulators producer

 REINHAUSEN Group has acquired 100% of the shares of MacLean Power France SAS, the company announced in a press statement.

With this acquisition the company will expand its portfolio for hollow composite insulators for high-voltage applications, and increase production capacity with two production facilities in France, one in Saint-Yorre and one in Cusset.

With the completion of the acquisition, French production of hollow composite insulators will operate under the new name of Reinhausen France SAS (RFR) as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen GmbH.

Management of RFR will be assumed by Marcus Hartmann.
