Piqua Commission to decide on the purchase of 41 transformers

 USA, Piqua: The Piqua City Commission will be making a decision on a number of purchases during their next meeting, including the purchase of a stock of transformers for the local power system.

The commission will be considering the purchase of 41 transformers from Ermco, a U.S. manufacturer of distribution transformers, which should replenish the Piqua Power System’s transformer inventory, reports Piqua Daily Call.

The expected lifetime of these transformers is around 25 years.
