Optical Cable Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

 Optical Cable Corporation (Nasdaq GM: OCC) ("OCC®" or the "Company") today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend to OCC's shareholders.

OCC's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the Company's common stock effective October 15, 2014.  The dividend will be paid on or about November 14, 2014 to shareholders of record on October 29, 2014. 

The dividend announced today implies an annual cash dividend of $0.08 per common share.
