NB Power transformer making way to Mactaquac Dam

 Canada, New Brunswick: A 110-ton power transformer headed to Mactaquac Dam in New Brunswick, started its journey in Millville on Saturday, causing traffic delays and road closures.

A large convoy of slow-moving, heavy vehicles surrounded the transformer as it was moved down Route 104 near the town of Zealand, travelling at about six kilometres per hour, reports Global News.

The transformer was parked in Zealand overnight and it will carry onto Mactaquac on Tuesday.
