Emerald Transformer acquires transformer division from Clean Harbors

USA, Florida: Emerald Transformer announced the acquisition of the Transformer Services group of Clean Harbors Inc., specialized in equipment recycling, PCB disposal, oil processing, and field services operations.

This acquisition expands the national footprint of Emerald Transformer, reports Cision.

The company now consists of 10 locations from coast-to-coast.
